Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Effective Date: August 6, 2025

At Model Skin MD, your time and care are important to us. To provide every client with the highest level of service and to maintain an efficient schedule, we kindly ask that you review and adhere to our cancellation and no-show policy outlined below.

1. Appointment Cancellations

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients on our waitlist.

Late Cancellations:

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment may be subject to a $100 cancellation fee.

2. No-Show Policy

A "no-show" is when a client misses an appointment without calling to cancel or reschedule.

  • First no-show: A reminder of the policy will be provided.

  • Second no-show: A $100 no-show fee may be charged.

  • Third no-show: You may be asked to prepay for future services or may be declined future bookings at our discretion.

3. Late Arrivals

Please arrive at least 5 minutes early for your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and apply a late cancellation fee.

4. How to Cancel or Reschedule

Messages left after business hours will be considered received at the start of the next business day.

5. Emergencies & Exceptions

We understand that life happens. In cases of emergencies, illness, or other extenuating circumstances, cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion.
